A: All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum purchase requirement of $500 CAD per transaction. Orders below this amount will not be processed
A: To ensure timely processing, any requests to change or modify an order must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of the order placement. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.
A: Orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. Once an order is placed, it will be sent to our warehouse for inventory verification. If the items are in stock, the warehouse will begin packing your order.
A: Currently, we do not offer shipping. All orders must be picked up from our Scarborough warehouse.
If you require shipping, you may arrange a third-party shipping company. You can send us the shipping label, and we will attach it to the package for you.

Once your order is confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent to your registered email address. You may complete the payment using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.
Please ensure that payment is made within 48 hours of receiving the payment link. Once payment has been successfully processed, a confirmation notice will be issued, and you may then proceed with the pickup of your order.
Failure to complete payment within the designated timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
Should you prefer to make payment at the time of pickup, please notify us within the 48-hour payment window. On-site payment at the warehouse may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or cash.
All products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is determined by the real-time stock status displayed on the product listing at www.surprise-chain.com.
In the event that any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised order summary reflecting the items currently available for fulfillment.
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
In the event that a product box is received in damaged condition, an exchange will be offered for the same item. If the item is no longer in stock, a store credit will be issued, which may be applied toward a future purchase.
Please note that some products may have their sealed packages opened due to customs inspection. The blind boxes themselves remain in good condition and are not affected.
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange request. All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
